For one fixed fee of only £270.00 we will:
- complete your annual accounts and tax return
- Provide you 1 years FREE access to our online accounting software
- discuss your draft accounts by telephone
- calculate your tax position
- look for ways to reduce the tax you pay
- submit your accounts to H M Revenue & Customs
- deal with all correspondence and answer your taxation queries
- provide year round access to our experts
Please be aware that our fixed fees do not cover the cost of dealing with any Section 9A enquiries raised by HMRC.
Step 1
We will send you a questionnaire
On receipt of your application we will send you a one off questionnaire to complete.
Step 2
Discuss the next step with you
We process the information received and telephone you to discuss your accounts. We can discuss possible areas for tax savings or any other related accounting matters at this time.
Step 3
Once we have your approval for your accounts, we will complete your tax return and advise you of any tax liabilities and dates for payment of tax.
Step 4
Approve and submit your Return
After final checks and your approval we will then submit your return to HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf. We will also check any calculations and statements issued by the Revenue throughout the year.

We can offer an interest free flexible payment option to suit you. Payments can be taken monthly or quarterly as set out below and you can choose to have the payments taken on either 1st or 15th of the month.
The first payment is always taken in advance when applying along with any missed instalments.
For example if you apply for our service in August you will be asked to pay the missed instalments that would have been due between April and July.
