Our Dividend and Payroll Service starts from £100 per annum.

Our dividend monitoring service will advise you on a regular basis (usually monthly) of the most tax effective way to extract an income from your company - this is usually a mixture of both salary and dividends.

Provide an annual fixed fee quote

We assess your requirements in order to provide an annual fixed fee quote. Information to complete your accounts and tax return will be requested in good time.

Undertake a full annual review

You send us the requested information and any further information required to complete the work. We process the required work.

Conduct an accounts interview

We arrange to conduct an accounts interview where necessary. This is carried out either in person or by telephone.
Accounts are approved by you, prior to submission, together with details of your tax position.

Step 4

We submit all the information and deal with any correspondence

We submit your abbreviated accounts to Companies House and your full accounts and corporation tax return to H M Revenue & Customs.
If required, we then submit your personal tax return before the annual deadline. We deal with all correspondence and queries raised by H M Revenue and Customs.
